The Weight Loss Challenge of 2017 is Here!

The scoring is done in two categories:

1) % of weight (lbs) lost (scale weight only) 1 winner per club (male and female overall only) *

2) LBS of muscle gained (body fat % taken with inbody scale)

Register and receive:

  • Full nutritional analysis
  • Complete resistance and cardiovascular training program design
  • Individualized meal planning
  • 4 personal training sessions (3 program design & 1 meal plan)
  • Free admission to nutritional and exercise seminars

Drawing Rules

  • 1. Must have attended and participated in all (7) weigh-ins
  • 2.Testimonial must be turned in prior to finale party
  • 3. Kickoff and Final weigh-ins must be recorded between 6:00pm and 7:00pm
  • 4. Seminar / group workout weigh-ins must be recorded on the day of weigh-ins
  • 5. Drawing winner will be announced on Monday November 21st 2016
